Grant Nevin started with Portfolio Property Investments a long way back in 2008 and quickly found his passion for residential rentals when he leased ten units in Berea Centre in six weeks. After completing his EAAB board exam and qualifying as a CEA, he left the industry for personal reasons returning to his career as an Accountant and Administration Manager in the corporate sector.
Grant returned to the property industry in 2019 as a full time rental agent and has since secured over 145 residential leases in 3 years! He re-joins the Portfolio Property Investments team in 2023 as a specialist residential rental agent. Grant has recently qualified as a Property Practioner PPRE.
Grant has a passion for residential rentals and considers his measure of success as a rental agent to be determined by his ultimate goal with every lease being "happy landlord and happy tenant".
Grant is a family man and a social road runner with two Comrades Marathon bronze medals to his name. He also enjoys creative writing and plays the odd game of action soccer.
Grant is very thorough in his selection criteria for tenants, and enjoys servicing and maintaining strong relationships with all his property owning landlords.
