PPI Market Update - Some of the more poignant deals concluded by Portfolio Property Investments

As we did last year we have highlighted below some of the more pertinent transactions that we successfully concluded from October last year. This month’s featured deals are:
21 Stanhope Place , off North Coast Road – This brand new 800m2 warehouse was let out by us on a long term lease to Jamstone Corporation- Wholesalers and Importers of Granite. This new regional Head Office is now the catalyst for the group’s growth into the KZN market.
256 Chamberlain Road, Jacobs - This large Jacobs site was sold by Yianni to an International Import Company from China. The sale of this prime site of approximately 4000m2 is proof that the Portfolio Property Investment website is effective in attracting offshore as well as local buyers and tenants.
2 Maryland Avenue, Glenashley – This sought after home was purchased by a long standing valued client of ours. This property was effectively on the market for less than a day!
1003 Berea Centre , Durban – This flat was sold by us to an Buy to Let Investment buyer. You will see that in the next few months we will be publishing further deals concluded in this Investment Space.
