Property Services - Lettings

Portfolio Property Investments can offer you a choice of 2 services:

Part management - tenant Placement Only

For this we will advertise, conduct viewings and find you a tenant. We will also conduct an ITC Credit Check and FICA the potential tenant prior to us compiling the tenancy agreement.

Total cost is 1 months rent plus VAT.

Full Management - Tenant placement and Rental Collection

We do all of the above as well as the collection of rent, which we will deposit into your account. This also includes compiling a statement of earnings, which we will mail to you each month.

Total Cost is half a months rent plus 10% of each month's rental income plus VAT.

Note: This service is offered exclusively to existing clients as well as new clients that require tenants for property that they purchase through Portfolio Property Investments.
