Part management
For this we will advertise, conduct viewings and find you a tenant. We will
also compile the tenancy agreement.
Total cost is 1 months rent.
Full Management
We do all of the above as well as the collection of rent, which we will
deposit into your account. This also includes compiling a statement of earnings,
which we will mail to you each month.
Total Cost is 10% of each month's rental income.
Note:
This service is offered exclusively to existing clients as well
as new clients that require tenants for property that they purchase through
Portfolio Property Investments.
