Welcome to our property investment newsletter, the aim of which is to keep you up to date and informed as to the most recent property trends.

This month we are delighted to launch our Cyprus Lifestyle Properties. This has been achieved through our association with one the islands most recognised developers. We have included in this months newsletter the first of a five part series entitled: A guide to living and investing in Cyprus.

We have also, this month, managed to secure warehousing facilities in the prime industrial area at Riverhorse in Durban as well as at the New King Shaka International Airport to be completed in 2010. Although not officially launched, you will need to contact us early in order to secure space in this sort after industrial node.
