Bradley Hancock holds a B.Compt Degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA) where he majored in Accounting, Auditing and Taxation. He was first employed by Ernest and Young in Cambridge, United Kingdom before pursuing a career in the UK building and construction industry. He has a City and Guilds in construction science from Cambridge Regional College where he developed his passion for property.
After successfully building a personal property portfolio in England he returned to South Africa where he advised South African property investors on how to raise offshore finance and extend their property portfolios in Europe. He wrote the South African Estate Agency Affairs Board Exam and has a NQF Level 5 National Certificate in Real Estate. Bradley has also undertook the PDE 5 examination and been awarded a Certificate of Professional Recognition as Master Practioner in Real Estate (MPRE) by the Board. (This is currently the highest level that can be achieved and is a pre requisite to owning your own Estate Agency or Property Brokerage in South Africa)
Bradley believes that honesty and integrity as well as hard work are the corner stones of his success in business as well as in his personal life. He is a dedicated conservationist and avid outdoor enthusiast who leads an active and sporting lifestyle. He also enjoys lecturing in business studies and entrepreneurship on a part time basis and feels that this is his way of giving back to others and imparting his knowledge onto the future generation.
In addition to his responsibilities as Principal of PPI, he holds positions in various Body Corporates and has recently been elected as Chairman of the South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) Broker Sub-Committee for KZN.
