Purpose: In order to issue a Compliance Certificate the Electrical installation of a property should be tested to determine whether it is Safe and Complies with the Current Regulations

We Inspect: Circuit Breakers, Distribution Boards, Earth Continuits, Leakage, Loop Impedance, Bonding Earth, Illegal Instalations and / or additions, Lights, Plugs, Insulation Resistance, Polarities, Voltage, Wiring Circuits.

Please Note: All Appliances eg: Stove, Geyser, Pool, Air Conditioners Fans, etc. EXCLUDED

Repairs: Report will reflect minimum repairs required for installation to conform to current compliance standards.

Costs: All electrical repairs individually quoted for. Inspections as per Tariff:

Wood Borer / Termites

Inspection for Wood Destroying Insects: Also known as Beetle, Borer, Entomologists, Pest-Free.

Purpose: In order to issue a Certificate of Clearance all visible and accessible timbers / joinery of main dwelling and outbuildings to be inspected for the presence of Wood - Destroying insects.

These Include :

White ants (Subterranean Termites)
Wood Borer (Dry-Wood Termites)
Wood Rot Noted / Commented on if significant.

Treatments: Drill / Inject / Spray - Termiticide. & Fumigate - Methyl Bromide, Drill / Inject / Spray.

Costs: Treatments / Work individually quoted for. Inspections as per Tariff.
